2007-2008 Supplemental Education Service Provider Options
You may choose from any of the providers listed. Please note that we have contacted, all of the providers listed under Columbia County on the State Education Department website. In doing so, we have modified the State Education Department list because several of the vendors are no longer in business, or do not provide services at the Middle School level. Please indicate your selection on the attached registration form. Option - 1
Name of Provider: QUESTAR III
Services Offered: Small group instruction (2-5 students) in ELA and Math by New York State certified teachers. The first 10 weeks will have a focus on ELA. The second 10 weeks will focus on math. The third 10 weeks (beginning 3/25/08) will include both ELA & Math.
Location: Hudson Middle School
Hours: 4:15 – 5:15 - Tuesday and Thursdays
Option - 2
Name of Provider: QUESTAR III (SES) and Advantage After School Grant (Meal, Activities, and Transportation)
Services Offered: Small group instruction in ELA and Math (2-5 students) by New York State certified teachers. The first 10 weeks will focus on ELA. The second 10 weeks will focus on math. The third 10 weeks (beginning 3/25/08) will include both ELA & Math.
Location: Hudson Middle School
