Polling Locations

**Please note that as of the Monday, March 14, 2016 Board of Education meeting, polling locations have been consolidated at the request of the Board of Elections.

District 1 - City of Hudson - John L. Edwards Primary School (360 State Street, Hudson)

District 2 - Greenport, Stottville/Stockport, Ghent - Greenport Pumper Company No. 1 Fire House (216 Green Street, Hudson)

District 3 - Claverack, Livingston, Taghkanic – A.B. Shaw Fire House (67 NY-23, Claverack)


To be eligible to vote, you must be:

  • A U.S. citizen 18 years of age or older and a resident of the Hudson City School District for a period of 30 days or more directly preceding the day of the vote.
  • Registered to vote with either the School District or the Columbia County Board of Elections.

If you have not previously registered and would like to vote in this referendum, you must register with the School District Board of Registration.

Voter Registration Information (2017-18)

To register to vote, submit a completed voter registration application to the Columbia County Board of Elections, or come to a Voter Registration Day on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from 4-8 p.m. at John L. Edwards Primary School.
