Hudson CSD announces Board vacancy
The Hudson City School District is seeking candidates to fill a vacant seat on the Board of Education. Anyone interested in filling this position should send a letter of interest to Frieda Van Deusen, Clerk of the Board, Hudson City School District, 215 Harry Howard Ave., Hudson, NY 12534 no later than November 9, 2011.
The candidates will be asked to attend the November 14, 2011 Board Meeting to speak to the Board and respond to a list of questions provided to the candidates by the Clerk of the Board prior to the meeting on November 14th.
Therefore, please contact the Clerk of the Board at 828-4360 ext. 2100 as soon as possible if you are interested in seeking a position on the Board in order that she may send you the list of questions prior to the meeting.

Public Hearing on Code of Conduct Jan. 11
The Board of Education will conduct its second public hearing on the District Code of Conduct 6:30 p.m. Jan. 11, 2010 in the Senior High School Cafeteria, followed at 7 p.m. by the regular Board Meeting. For more information on codes of conduct, go to http://nyscenterforschoolsafety.org/save.html
The first hearing was conducted Dec. 14.
